The College Catering Service

The College runs its own Catering operation producing a wide range of healthy food available in the following outlets:

The Hub

Breakfast (8.00am – 8.50am) Open before College for bacon rolls and drinks.  Students can also pre-order ‘Fastrack’ for lunch.

Breaktime (10.45am – 11.05am)  Hot and cold snacks served.  Two pre-order ‘Fastrack’ points available.

Lunch (12.45am – 13.40am)  Daily main meal with a vegetarian option.  Pot meal, Pasta King & filled jacket potatoes available.

Fastrack – collection in the Hub at collection point

Snak Shak

This outlet opens at both break & lunch time serving a full selection of sandwiches, baps, wraps, baguettes & petite pains with a variety of fillings.  Soup is available daily and a hot chip meal on Fridays.  Packed lunches for College trips are available to order from here (the day before your trip please).

Pitstop

Open at breaktime for hot & cold snacks, drinks & to pre-order paninis for lunchtime.

There is seating in the main hall at lunchtime.

CASHLESS CATERING

  • We will not accept cash at any catering outlet
  • You can credit money to your child’s account using Parentpay or students can use three cash loading machines located around the College which immediately update their account at the till.
  • Each student will be issued with a unique pin code to enter into the reader at the till. A photograph of the student appears at the till allowing the till operator to match the student to the photograph and so ensure that students cannot abuse the system by “stealing” another student’s pin code. If a student is unable to remember his or her pin number, the till operator will identify the student by name and photograph as happens now.
