All courses look in detail at all aspects of business, eg forms of ownership; range and importance of stakeholders; organisational charts and functional areas; employment rights and responsibilities; dealing with disputes and health and safety; finance and document flow; external influences on business; location choice; customer service and communications, etc.
Higher grades can be achieved by students who demonstrate application of theory in real business situations; investigation and analysis skills, making recommendations and justification of these.
