Parent Pay & Cashless Catering
ParentPay is a secure on-line system which you can access over a standard internet connection. You can pay by credit or debit card and use the system for crediting dinner money accounts, trips, visits and other payments you need to make to the College.

Trips, Visits and other payments – letters sent to parents contact a barcode specific to your child and the payment which needs to be made. These letters can be taken to a ‘Pay Point’ station where the barcode will be scanned and the payment can be made by cash or debit card.
The Cashless Catering system cuts down queuing time and so makes eating in the restaurants a more attractive option for students. As no cash or swipe cards are involved, there is no possibility of loss or theft of money. You are able to make prepayments via ParentPay directly to your child’s dinner money account, so you can be sure that whatever money you give your child for food can only be spent in the restaurants. You will also have the facility to set a daily limit on your child’s spend.
Students who qualify for free school meals have their account credited automatically on a daily basis.
If you prefer you can elect to send your child to school with cash with which they can credit their dinner money account at a ‘pay station’ in the College.
We have contingency measures in place to help students who do not have credit on their account and need to buy lunch
