Internship Opportunity for School Leavers -
Perisher, Australia

Educating Adventures is now accepting applications for our NEW ‘Ski & Snowboard Instructor Internship Programs’ in Australia. We are taking applications for a very limited number of positions which commence at the start of June 2010.

This is a fantastic opportunity for school leavers because it gives them an opportunity to obtain paid employment at Australia's largest ski resort and complete an internationally recognised ski or snowboard instructing qualification. I would be grateful if you could inform interested students, in their last or second to last year of high school, of this opportunity.

We are looking for school leavers who:

* Have a passion for skiing or snowboarding (beginner to advanced ability levels welcome)

* Have a willingness to learn through training and working

* Have an interest in travel and adventure

* Are available between June and September

* Will be 18 years of age by June

* Are looking for a life changing experience

* Have the financial support to participate (the all inclusive program costs are approx. £4,150)

Successful applicants will receive:

A GUARANTEED offer of employment as a Ski or Snowboard Instructor
Early season orientation, instructor training and accommodation package
Australian Instructor Alliance membership and entry level ski or snowboard examination
Training, support and further qualifications throughout the season
Assistance and support with obtaining work visas, flights and insurances (in partnership with STA Travel)
Instructor Starter Kits - If you know of any school leavers who are looking at taking some time out in the ski industry prior to commencing further study or a career then please tell them to contact us directly to receive one of our useful Instructor Starter Kits. This includes some really handy (and FREE!) information, tips and advice on taking a ski training program and entering the industry.

As outlined above there are very limited places available so we would urge keen school leavers to contact us ASAP!

Jerry Kew of Artery  Solutions    http://www.arterysolutions.com  is looking for 3 trainees, post 18, who would like an opportunity to work within this industry.
He will provide training on an apprenticeship basis, moving onto a normal salary within a few months.   He is particularly keen to take on anyone who doesn’t have any previous experience, to train from scratch.
