At KCC, DISCOVERY captures our Personal Development and Careers provision.

The Discovery Curriculum runs though all subjects and also is integral to our untaught curriculum. Discovery helps everyone in our community to understand how employability skills and competencies are fostered at every level through extra curricula clubs, trips, leadership opportunities and tutor activities as well as their taught curriculum.

Discovery embodies every child's right to have their talents and abilities developed to the full (Article 29)
