Year 6 Transition Information

Welcome to all our Year 6 students and parents who will be joining us in September 2024

We are delighted your child will be joining us from September 2024 when they will begin their secondary education.  We very much look forward to meeting both you and your child in the coming months and welcoming you into the KCC community.

We will be contacting you in due course with further information including a link to our on-line transition portal.  The portal is where you will complete the necessary data collection forms as well as providing you and your child with all relevant information about starting KCC.

Our induction days will be held on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th July and we look forward to welcoming parents on the evening of Thursday 4th July.
